📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or return:

  • Items must be returned within 30–60 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed
  • Items must have been stored in a cool, dry place to maintain integrity

We’ve got your back when it’s our fault. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage to our Australian warehouse is the customer’s responsibility.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different flavor or product, simply return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
